Sinforiano has more than 20 years of experience as a Legal and Tax Counsel in the countries of the CEMAC sub‑region, including 12 years at EY in Equatorial Guinea and 8 years at PwC Equatorial Guinea, where he served as Senior Country Partner in Charge for Equatorial Guinea. Following PwC’s exit from Francophone Africa, he founded INNOVA CONSULTING SL in 2025. The firm has grown rapidly in Equatorial Guinea, with a portfolio mainly composed of international companies.
